Caveats
Single source: Arduino user manual ABX00087 (rev 8). Specs are for the RA4M1 main MCU unless stated; the ESP32-S3-MINI-1-N8 module datasheet was not fetched. logic_level_v=5 is from "VDD controls the logic level and is connected to the 5V power rail" (manual section 2 note). The 'current' status comes from the manual only; no Arduino product page was checked for lifecycle. No relation to ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 recorded: the board uses ESP32-S3-MINI-1-N8, a different module. UNO R3 shield compatibility is not stated in the fetched text and is not claimed. Pin-level details (pinout tables) not recorded. (2026-10-18) Added ESP32-S3 ROM/SRAM (manual sec. 6), LED matrix (sec. 8), VRTC range (class 2: Renesas RA4M1 VBATT, not Arduino-stated), dimensions (store page; datasheet drawing is an image). 14-bit ADC is the hardware capability; default Arduino core analogRead resolution not verified. CAN pins are inconsistent between feature list (D4/D5) and pin table (D13/D10) in the manual; not recorded.
