How we verify
Every spec and claim on BenchRove is tied to a source, with the quote and where to find it. Each one carries one of three labels.
- Evidence: Documented
Read directly from a datasheet or manufacturer page. We show the quote.
- Evidence: Inferred
Inferred or only partly supported. Treat it as a lead, not a fact.
- Evidence: Unverified
No supporting source found. Never used as a recommendation.
How records are made
Research drafts a record with sources. A separate auditor then checks it against those sources. Only audited records without unverified claims are treated as publishable; everything else is marked as a draft.
What the audit does not cover
Audits are documentation reviews. We do not test hardware ourselves. Where two sources disagree we show both values as a “source conflict” instead of choosing one.
About this beta
Data is thin and some sections are still empty. Always confirm specs and safety limits against the manufacturer's documentation before building anything.
