Caveats

Per-model split: values are for the 2208B (non-MSO, 2-channel); the 2208B MSO and 4-channel 2408B share the same column in the page table. The 1 GS/s figure is a shared maximum across active channels (page: sampling rate is shared between active channels). The 1 GS/s figure is for 1 channel; 2 active channels give 500 MS/s (data sheet MM071.en-11, 2-channel table). Values are from the vendor page and data sheet MM071.en-11 (issue 11), verified by the Auditor; vendor-stated, not measured. Logic level n/a (scope). Availability: page showed "Looking for stock" at retrieval; not verified. Reviews on the page are customer testimonials and are not used.

Claims 4
  • PicoScope 2208B (listed with 2408B and 2208B MSO in one column): 100 MHz bandwidth, 1 GS/s real-time sampling, 128 MS block-mode buffer, 8-bit vertical resolution. Evidence: Documented

    Source: src-picoscope-2000-page

  • The 2208B function generator has white-noise and PRBS outputs, DC and 0.03 Hz to 1 MHz output frequency, +/-2 V output range; the AWG has a 32 kS buffer and 20 MHz update rate. Evidence: Documented

    Source: src-picoscope-2000-page

  • Typical noise is < 300 uV RMS on the +/-20 mV range for the 2207B/2208B (2-channel data sheet, Noise row); input ranges are +/-20 mV to +/-20 V. Evidence: Documented

    Source: src-picoscope-2000-datasheet

  • The 2208B is USB-powered (USB 2.0) and supported by PicoScope 7 on Windows 11/10, macOS 15/14 and Ubuntu; Raspberry Pi 4B/5 support is PicoLog 6 only (32-bit Raspberry Pi OS). Evidence: Inferred
